Ford GT500 Oil Pump Assembly – Stage 3 Dual Rotor

Our fully assembled GT500 pump with the new dual-rotor design will keep your engine performing even under the worst and most punishing race conditions. These gears produce more pressure and flow at all RPMs than OEM style or any other gear produced for the Coyote platform. It combines several technologies, including the MartenWear dual heat treatment, vane porting, and the newest addition, the dual rotor design. The dual rotor creates two distinct pumps in one to maximize both flow and pressure across the RPM range. Every Boundary pump design is flow-tested on our own bench to 12,000 RPM.

This new gear has the following features:

1. The most pressure and flow of any gear on the market
   1. Increased VVT stability
   2. Decrease temperatures at the bearing
   3. Increase idle and midrange pressure even with loose clearances and high oil temperatures
2. MartenWear
   1. Flow-tested on our bench to 12,000 RPM on a rotor profile of this size
3. Vane Porting
   1. Increased flow area for decreased cavitation at high RPM.
