Boundary Racing Pumps guarantees a lifetime warranty on its products under normal vehicle operating conditions.
This excludes normal wear and tear such as surface discoloration, marks, scratches, etc. It is transferable to subsequent owners. Boundary is not responsible for damages to products caused by another component in the engine failing, debris, and improper assembly or installation.
Racers Warranty: If our products are damaged by debris, engine failure, or other items not the fault of Boundary we do allow the same items to be purchased at a 50% replacement value. The racers warranty is open ended and covers any parts returned to us and verified to be a Boundary product.
Warranty Processing
If you believe the Boundary product you have falls under the conditions of this warranty, please contact us at 1-833-786-7645 or email warranty@boundarypumps.com. Boundary may ask you to return the product for inspection. Upon investigation of the product, Boundary will identify the cause and determine what warranty the product falls under.
Returns
Boundary Pumps stands behind our products with a 100% guarantee. Product returns that pertain to in package corrosion, form, fit, or function are covered at 100%. Boundary’s products are guaranteed to be corrosion free in the first 6 months from shipment, if still sealed in the original package. Returns can be made in exchange for another product of the same type, or for a refund. All refunds will be credited back to the customer via the same payment method used for the original order. Purchases made with resellers must be coordinated with the reseller.
A customer has up to 14 days from date of shipment to return any unopened packaging back to Boundary Pumps. Any returns over 14 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for related shipping cost to send back the product. Boundary Pumps will not accept any returns over 30 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the product is correct and they have all components ordered within the 30 days.
