Pump Flow Testing
Proven In-House
Pump Flow Testing
Our in-house flow benches run accurate pressure and flow tests up to 12,000 RPM on pumps rated up to 20 horsepower. Every design is validated here before it ships, so we can back our product development with ironclad, in-house data and even hand the most demanding users the actual flow curve for their individual pump.
Why It Matters
High RPM Punishes Weak Pumps
OEM pumps were never built for the engine speeds racers run. As RPM climbs, they cavitate and starve the engine of oil right when it needs pressure most. We flow-test to prove the part moves enough oil before you ever fire it up.
The OEM Problem
Stock pumps cavitate and lose volume at high RPM. Aeration and dropping pressure follow, and the engine gets starved exactly when load is highest.
Our Answer
Every pump and gear design earns its way onto the shelf on our own flow bench. We confirm it moves enough oil across the full RPM range before a single part ships.
Proof, Not Promises
Product development is backed by ironclad, in-house data. The result is a pump with real flow numbers behind it, not marketing claims.
On The Bench
What Our Flow Bench Does
Tested To 12,000 RPM
Designs are flow-tested all the way to 12,000 RPM, so we know exactly how each part behaves at the engine speeds racers actually reach.
Up To 20 Horsepower
The bench drives pumps rated up to 20 horsepower, with accurate pressure and flow measurement at every point in the curve.
Your Own Flow Curve
For the most demanding builds, we can test your individual pump and provide its actual flow curve, real data for your exact part.
