Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
Boundary Racing Pumps (“Boundary,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates boundarypumps.com (the “Site”) and designs and manufactures performance oil pumps, gears, and related components. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to this Policy.
Who we are
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact us at support@boundarypumps.com or through our Contact page.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, and order details when you create an account, place an order, apply for a dealer account, or contact us; and your email and communication preferences when you subscribe.
- Payment information. Card and payment transactions are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; our payment processors handle card data under their own security and privacy terms.
- Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we collect device and usage information — such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs — using cookies and similar technologies (see below).
How we use your information
- Process and fulfill orders, arrange shipping, and provide customer support and warranty service;
- Manage your account, dealer applications, and communication preferences;
- Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates) and, where you have opted in, marketing emails about products and offers;
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site, measure the performance of our marketing and advertising, and detect and prevent fraud;
- Comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising, including:
- Google Analytics 4 — to understand how visitors use the Site;
- The Meta (Facebook / Instagram) pixel and conversions measurement — to measure and improve our advertising and reach relevant audiences;
- First-party attribution — to understand which marketing brings customers to us.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.
Marketing communications
If you opt in, we send marketing emails through Brevo, our email service provider. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or through your Communication Preferences. Transactional emails (such as order and shipping notices) are not marketing and may still be sent.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business, under agreements that limit their use of it, including:
- Payment processing: Stripe, PayPal;
- Shipping and fulfillment: our shipping software and carriers (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx, UPS);
- Email and marketing: Brevo;
- Analytics and advertising: Google, Meta;
- Hosting and infrastructure: our website host.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights and the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer.
Data retention
We keep order and account records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing or certain uses of your data. To make a request, email support@boundarypumps.com. We will respond as required by applicable law, including the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA where they apply. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time as described above.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
International visitors
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
