Boundary Racing Pumps Lifetime Warranty
Boundary Racing Pumps proudly offers a lifetime warranty on its products under normal vehicle operating conditions, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Definition of Lifetime
“Lifetime” refers to the usable service life of the product under normal operating conditions, as determined solely by Boundary Racing Pumps.
Normal Operating Conditions
Normal operating conditions exclude sustained operation beyond manufacturer recommended RPM, oil pressure, oil temperature, or vehicle use in competitive racing, time attack, or other sanctioned motorsports unless explicitly covered under the Racer’s Warranty.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including surface discoloration, cosmetic marks, scratches, or other non-functional changes.
- Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to failure of other engine components, debris contamination, improper assembly, incorrect installation, or inadequate lubrication.
- Products that have been modified, altered, machined, ported, repaired, or serviced by any party other than Boundary Racing Pumps unless explicitly authorized in writing.
- Products that are disassembled or returned in a condition unsuitable for inspection.
Transferability
This warranty is fully transferable to subsequent owners for the lifetime of the product, provided all warranty conditions are met.
Racer’s Warranty
Products used in vehicles subjected to extreme operating conditions, including competitive racing or similar use, may be classified under Boundary Racing Pumps’ Racer’s Warranty. In such cases, customers may qualify to purchase a replacement product at 50% of the original purchase price. Boundary Racing Pumps reserves the right to determine eligibility for the Racer’s Warranty based on inspection findings, usage data, or customer disclosure.
Limitation of Liability
Boundary Racing Pumps shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to engine damage, vehicle damage, loss of use, loss of income, downtime, towing, or labor costs.
Exclusive Remedy
Boundary Racing Pumps’ sole obligation under this warranty is, at its discretion, to repair or replace the defective product. Refunds are not offered under this warranty.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products to Boundary Racing Pumps for inspection. Boundary Racing Pumps will cover return shipping costs for approved warranty replacements within the continental United States.
Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

If you believe your Boundary Racing Pumps product qualifies for warranty service:
- Contact us by calling 1-833-786-7645.
- You may be required to return the product for inspection.
- Upon inspection, Boundary Racing Pumps will repair or replace any product found to be defective under the terms of this warranty.
